Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil analisis CRI yang telah diuji, iklan kartu selular XL melalui media televisi termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Hal tersebut disebabkan banyaknya responden yang melihat iklan di media televisi, namun jumlah responden yang tertarik sampai proses pembelian tidak terlalu tinggi. Ini menunjukan bahwa iklan di media televisi sudah maksimal dalam menarik perhatian konsumen namun pesan yang disampaikan tidak membuat konsumen membeli produknya.Sedangkan untuk membeli produk, mereka tidak tertarik pada promosinya karena sudah memiliki pilihan kartu selular yang lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CRI yang telah diuji, iklan kartu selular XL melalui media surat kabar termasuk dalam kategori efektif karena didukung dari informasi yang didapatkan responden pada saat membaca, lebih jelas dan terperinci promosi yang sedang berlangsung serta syarat dan ketentuan yang ada. Iklan di surat kabar tidak setiap hari diterbitkan, namun sekali diterbitkan banyak konsumen yang tertarik dan melakukan pembelian. Kata kunci: efektifitas, media televisi, pembelian

Abstract

AbstrakOne of the Central Government of the Republic of Indonesia’s main agendas now is formulating its national economic development plan. The plan is called as Masterplan of Expediting and Expanding Indonesian Economic Development known locally as Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI). The Masterplan is designed in response to the current global economic changes and competition and by emphasizing upon regional economic development especially those regions (provinces) outside Java Island. This empahasis puts greater role of the regional government to develop their economy outonomously and independently. This article will provide some thoughts as (a) to comprehend the meaning of regional development  in view of present global competition and environmental changes, (b) the significant and impact of those changes and competition upon the regional economy and (c) to suggest what the regional government should have to do in response to those environmental changes and competition in light of the Indonesian Central Government’s Masterplan. Some of the thoughts outlined here are in view of challenges faced both by the regional government and its leader currently, and  suggesting some ideas of what the government and its leader have to do in creating regional’s leading competitiveness in the face of intense global competition.Keywords: regional economic development, strategic plan, strategic changes

Abstract

AbstractThe main issue of this study is to examine the linkages stock markets are increasingly integrated world. The idea of this study appears on the basis of empirical research which gives the conclusion that there are linkages between the stock markets of the world. Therefore need a deeper assessment associated with HSI products on the Jakarta Futures Exchange. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the relationship of the S & P 500 Index, the FTSE Index, SSE Index, KOSPI and World Oil Prices on HSI products. The design of this study is the quantitative approach .. The analysis tool is used Normality Test Data, Test Assumptions Classical and continued with Multiple Regression testing. The study population is a world stock index (S & P 500, FTSE, SSE, KOSPI, HSI) and World Oil Prices. Object of study is the time period of 2008 to 2012. The results showed that the S & P 500 Index, SSE Index and KOSPI affect while the HSI Index and the  FTSE Index and World Oil prices have no effect on the HSI Index. And the dominant factor in influencing the HSI Index was KOSPI Index. Keywords: the hang seng index, the S & P 500 index, the FTSE indexAbstrakIsu utama studi ini adalah mengkaji tentang keterkaitan pasar saham didunia yang semakin terintegrasi. Ide penelitian ini muncul atas dasar dari riset empirik yang memberi kesimpulan bahwa ada keterkaitan antar pasar saham dunia. Oleh karena itu perlu pengkajian yang lebih dalam dikaitkan dengan produk Indeks Hangseng pada Bursa Berjangka Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang keterkaitan Indeks S&P 500, Indeks FTSE, Indeks SSE, Indeks KOSPI dan Harga Minyak Dunia terhadap produk Indeks Hangseng. Desain penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan Kuantitatif.. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan Uji Kualitas data diantaranya Uji Normalitas data, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian Regresi Berganda.. Populasi penelitian adalah Indeks saham dunia (S&P 500, FTSE, SSE, KOSPI, Hangseng) dan Harga Minyak Dunia. Periode waktu objek  penelitian adalah Tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2012.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  Indeks S&P 500, Indeks SSE, dan Indeks KOSPI berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Hangseng sedangkan Indeks FTSE dan Harga Minyak Dunia tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Hangseng. Serta Faktor yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi Indeks Hangseng adalah Indeks KOSPI.Kata kunci: indeks hangseng, indeks S&P 500, indeks FTSE

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to provide inputs for Blackberry mobile phone manufacturers in the latest innovations in terms of features and applications that support the educational world. This research through the distribution of survey questionnaires to the field with regular students the class of 2010 at the University of Esa Unggul. Variables in this study consists of independent variables (price and feature phone) and the dependent variable (Student Satisfaction). Processing data using multiple regression analysis and partial significant test. The hypothesis of this study consists of the first, Blackberry phones prices affect the level of student satisfaction and second, features of Blackberry mobile phones affect the level of student satisfaction. If the results of the t-test <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: price, features, level of satisfaction

Abstract

AbstrakMasalah yang diteliti adalah terjadinya anggapan Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan Modern dan Kualitas Pelayanan mempengaruhi Motivasi Wajib Pajak dalam Memenuhi Kewajiban Pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Sistem Administrasi Perpajakan Modern dan Kualitas Pelayanan mempengaruhi Motivasi Wajib Pajak dalam Memenuhi Kewajiban Pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat jati. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan perubahan perundang-undangan di bidang perpajakan pada tahun 2008 dengan mengeluarkan beberapa Undang-undang pajak baru yaitu mulai 1 Januari 2009, yaitu UU No 28/2007 tentang Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan, serta UU No 36/2008 tentang Pajak Penghasilan. Perubahan Reformasi Pajak tahun 2008 yaitu terdapat terdapat konsep modernisasi administrasi perpajakan yaitu adanya layanan yang prima dan pengawasan yang intensif dengan pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip good governance serta penurunan tarif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati. Populasi data studi ini adalah Wajib Pajak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer, yaitu data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari jawaban pernyataan yang diajukan kepada wajib pajak. Dari hasil analisis determinasi diperoleh koefisien 0,320 atau 32,0% dan 68,0% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat uji F dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05 atau Ha diterima, yang berarti secara simultan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern dan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati. Secara parsial sistem administrasi perpajakan modern berpengaruh terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajak  Nilai-nilai koefisien regresi yang diperoleh yaitu Y = 12,243 + 0,338X1 + 0,414X2 + e. Hasil penelitian ini mudah-mudahan dapat bermanfaat bagi KPP Pratama Jakarta Kramat Jati khususnya dalam penerapan sistem administrasi perpajakan modern sehingga wajib pajak termotivasi di dalam memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai wajib pajak.Kata kunci: sistem administrasi perpajakan modern, kualitas pelayanan, motivasi wajib pajak

Abstract

AbstractWith so many automotive company in Indonesia then the consumer will be more selective in deciding which brand of motorcycle is used as a means of transportation. The emergence of the Chinese motorcycle manufacturers are increasingly tightening competition motorcycle industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship satisfaction and customer loyalty to Yamaha Vixion. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling accidental (accidental sampling). The population in this study is the people who buy and use Vixion Motorcycles Yamaha Motor Kebun in Eternal Repair Orange, West Jakarta. The total population in this study was not counted. Based on the results of the study to 100 respondents and a discussion of the level of consumer satisfaction in using Vixion Yamaha motorcycles can be concluded that consumers in Vixion Yamaha Motor Kebun Timeless Repair Orange, West Jakarta included into the category quite satisfied. Of the five levels of brand loyalty, ie switcher , habitual buyers, satisfied buyer, liking the brand, and committed buyer, based on the calculation of the level of loyalty 100 respondents found that consumers in the Eternal Motorcycle Workshop Kebun Orange, West Jakarta including the level of committed buyer. This means consumers are loyal to Yamaha Vixion and promotes it to others in order to buy a motorcycle Yamaha Vixion brand. Based on the results of the discussion that the customer satisfaction variable (X) has a positive and significant relationship with customer loyalty variable (Y). Abstract

AbstractRelationship marketing is an integrated effort to identify, maintain and build relationships with individual consumers and is continuously enforce connection in a benefit to both parties through interactive contacts, individualization which contributes added value in the long period. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is any significant relationship between Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity of the Buying Decision on Auto2000 Pluit simultaneously and partially.The data collection techniques used in this research is to conduct a field study and literature survey. Primary data was collected from 83 respondents to the questionnaire spread.Based on the results it can be concluded that the discriminant simultaneously factor Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, and reciprocity does not significantly influence the purchase decision. While partially Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, and Emphaty significantly influence purchase decisions and reciprocity are not only significantly influence the purchase decision .Keyword: relationship marketing, purchasing decisions, trust AbstrakRelationship marketing adalah usaha terpadu untuk mengidentifikasikan, menjaga dan membangun relasi dengan konsumen individu dan secara terus menerus menegakkan koneksi dalam manfaat untuk kedua belah pihak melalui kontak interaktif, individualisasi yang memberikan kontribusi nilai tambah dalam periode waktu yang panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, dan Reciprocity terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Auto2000 Pluit  secara simultan dan parsial. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan dengan melakukan survey dan studi pustaka. Data primer dikumpulkan dari 83 responden dengan menyebar kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil diskriminan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan faktor Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, Emphaty, dan Reciprocity tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan secara parsial Trust, Bonding, Communication, Shared Value, dan Emphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan hanya Reciprocity yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata kunci: relationship marketing, keputusan pembelian, trust

Abstract

AbstractThe marketing strategy in service industry is very important since the growing rapidly service industry in the recent years. The development the marketing strategy in service industry has changed from year to year. Drawing on insight from extant literature this article purpose analysis of the development marketing strategy in service industry. The qualitative research is used in this study by using several literatures. The author found that there was a change in  marketing strategy in service industry. The triangle model of marketing service has changed to become triangle model with technology as know as  self service technology.Keywords: services strategy, self services technology, service industryAbstrakStrategi pemasaran dalam industry jasa sangat berperan penting sejak bertumbuhnya industry jasa belakangan ini. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is influence between Quality Auditor and Quality of Financial Statement of Audit Opinion. Financial Report provides information for the parties concerned are expected to give a reflection of the company's financial condition without any actual earnings manipulation practices that may mislead users of financial statements. Audit is expected to restrict the practice of earnings management and help maintain and enhance public confidence to the financial statements. In this study assessed the quality of auditors' Big four auditors grouping with non big four and the quality of financial reports can be viewed on the basis of presence or absence of actions that intentionally flattening profits made by companies judged by Eckel index. Data analysis method used is to use statistical methods that is by binary logistic regression. Results of the study is that there are several affiliated companies in 45 LQ 1 August 2008-31 period January 2011 to do the leveling profits. The results of the first test of the alternative hypothesis accepted means that the quality of auditors and quality of financial reporting is a significant simultaneously on the audit opinion. The second alternative acceptable Hipotesisi means that the quality of financial reporting significantly affect the audit opinion. As for the third alternative hypothesis is rejected it means that the quality of auditors do not have a significant impact on the audit opinion.Keyword: auditor quality, financial report quality, audit opinion

Abstract

AbstractFor companies to obtain additional funding or capital, one alternative in mind is through the capital markets. The capital market is a means that brings sellers and buyers of securities. The place an offer to sell these securities held is by an official body called the stock exchange. Through securities trading, the public is attracted to generate funds in this case the investor to develop the economy in which the fund is capital that the company needs to expand its business. People are given the opportunity to own and profit. Stock price is a very important factor on capital market activity, and should be considered by investors in making investment because the stock price indicates the issuer achievement, because the stock price in line with the performance of the issuer. Stock price also shows the value of a company. And, it can be also said that the higher the price of the stock, the higher the value of the company and vice versa. Therefore, any company that issued the shares very concerned about its stock price. Through the company’s financial statements, investor can obtain data on financial ratios and analyze it in order for them to determine whether they would predict the changes on stock price or not.Telecommunication industry is a promising industry to invest. This study is on the telecommunication industry of the Indonesian stock exchange telecommunication sub sector. The study resulted on recommendation for investors to invest in PT Telkom Indonesia because it was found that through financial ratios alone is beneficial and greatly affect the stock price especially on net profit margin (r = 0.987) and return on asset (r = 0.961). For PT. IndosatTbk and PT. Inovisi InfracomTbk the results is, there is no significant relationship of financial ratios on its stock price.Keywords: financial ratios, stock price, telecommunication
